1. Shipping Policy
We ship your order within 2 to 4 days of receipt of full payment excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
Delivery to metropolitan cities takes 4-8 days and to Non-metropolitan cities & towns may take a little longer.
Once we send out the order we will message you the tracking details along with the link of our delivery partner for easy tracking.
We use the services of Delhivery courier for shipping most of our orders. You can track the parcel online on delhivery.com and see the status and scheduled date of delivery
Please note that these timelines are estimated. Delhivery timelines may vary due to external factors not in our control.
2. Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation is allowed only within 24 hours of placing your order after that we won't be entertaining any cancellation or any exchange.
Once the product is purchased we do not entertain cancellation or any exchange.
However in case of any damage in transit or if you have received a different product then we can exchange or provide a refund accordingly.
For claiming a refund, we would need an unboxing video of the products within 48 hours of
receiving the package.

Please note below cases do not qualify as a DEFECT:
Minor colour or design variations. Such variations are a part of the handcrafting process and beyond the control of our craftsmen.
If your product darkens over time. Natural oxidization is a property of silver metal and is caused by varying climatic & storage conditions.
Jewellery Care
Please store your Jewelry in a zip lock pouch or an air-tight container away from direct sunlight, anything acidic, perfumes and from Moisture.
